In Person Personal Training
For people looking for more of a tailored approach to their training. We take the time to understand exactly what you want from training and create a plan to meet you where you are at. With offerings at both Origin Workspace and Trax Performance in Bristol.
Our packages are payable monthly as the following:
- £180 for 4 Sessions per month
- £320 for 8 Sessions per month
- £480 for 12 Sessions per month

Classes
With a range of classes throughout the week at multiple locations, we offer a varied training week focusing on all areas of fitness to give you a balanced, effective and fun environment to improve your health and fitness. Using a framework of movements we adapt workouts to suit you and your ability.
Online Personal Programming
Online programming is a service we offer for those looking for some more structure within their training that is built around your needs. Having regular communication with us means we work closely to ensure your experience aligns with your expectations.
Online Group Programming
We have 2 group programme offerings targeted at those interested in functional fitness with one offering higher skill movements for those competing at higher level events and the other aimed at those who want to improve strength, skill and fitness at an entry-intermediate level. With everyone following the same programme, community is a huge part of this package.
